Overview
This privacy policy applies to the SoundMetrics app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by KIMONO KITE LTD (collectively, the “Application”). KIMONO KITE LTD is referred to in this notice as the “Service Provider”.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information simply because you download or use it. Registration is not required. If the Application is used while an internet connection is active, basic technical protocol information such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted to enable connectivity, but that information is not retained or used for behavioural tracking.
Location information
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.
Third-party access
Because the Application does not gather personal information through ordinary use, no personal data is shared with third parties on that basis.
Opt-out rights
Because the Application does not collect personal information during normal use, removing the Application from your device is generally sufficient to stop any interaction with it.
If you contact the Service Provider directly or voluntarily share information by another method, you may request deletion of that information by contacting harisahmoo@gmail.com.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or any higher age threshold that may apply under local law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market the Application to them. Since the Application does not gather personal information through normal use, children’s data is not placed at risk by ordinary use of the Application alone. If a child voluntarily provides information through other channels, parental or guardian consent must be provided where required by law.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data during normal operation, the risk of exposure is limited. Even so, no technical safeguard is perfect. The Service Provider applies reasonable security measures to protect its systems and any information it may hold.
Data breach notification
Since the Application does not collect personal data during regular use, the possibility of a breach affecting user personal data is reduced. If any incident affects information you voluntarily provided by other means, the Service Provider will provide notice where required by applicable law.
Data Retention
The Application does not maintain a user account database or retain personal information collected through ordinary in-app use. If you contact the Service Provider directly by email or another channel and voluntarily supply information, that correspondence may be kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, or maintain an internal record of support communications.

Data Deletion
If you have voluntarily submitted personal information directly to the Service Provider, you may request deletion of that information at any time by emailing harisahmoo@gmail.com. The Service Provider will review the request and delete the information unless it must be retained for legal, security, or legitimate operational reasons.
Deleting the Application from your device does not require a separate deletion request for in-app personal data because the Application does not collect or store personal information through ordinary use.
Changes
The Service Provider may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted together with an updated effective date. Where the law requires it, the Service Provider will seek consent before material changes take effect.

Your consent
If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing depends on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Doing so will not affect processing already carried out before the withdrawal.
